Questioning Deputy Prime Minister Freeland about Income Disparity

I questioned Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance Chrystia Freeland on December 9 at the Standing Committee on Finance regarding Bill C-2 An Act to provide further support in response to COVID-19, an bill that would give the government another $7.4 Billion to extend COVID supports. In particular, I asked if she understood how the government's massive spending was actually worsening the divide between low income and middle-high Canadians; and also asked if she understood the positive contribution made by Canada's energy industry to the overall economic health of Canada.
