In Parliament: Pressing (again) About Pipeline Infrastructure

On March 10, during time the House of Commons calls Adjournment Proceedings, I asked the government's Parliamentary Secretary for Natural Resources about foundational Canadian infrastructure - oil pipelines that have been cancelled and pipelines that are currently at risk. Oil pipelines are essential to one of Canada's most valuable natural resources and are critical to the people who use the refined product to heat their homes, run their vehicles, power their factories, and grow our food. Gas pipelines are central to Canada helping other countries switch from coal to more environmentally responsible natural gas, but are currently at risk of delay due to uncertainty. What is the government doing to facilitate these critical pieces of infrastructure?

This clip is me speaking (4 minutes), the Parliamentary Secretary responding (4 minutes), then one minute for each of us for rebuttal or response.
